***My computer is in the repair
shop after a hard drive failure. They are working on rebuilding my data which was not backed up. I'll be sure to do that
when I get it back. I'm now able to do some dog grooming in preparation for them leaving but with the Summer
heat shipping is going to be very difficult trying to find days with acceptable temperatures at both departure and arrival
sites. While waiting for my computer I can be reached at my alternate e-mail address, young_jan_98@yahoo.com. I
don't have my contact list on this, my laptop computer, so I can't e-mail anyone for whom I don't remember
their e-mail address and that's almost everyone.
I had surgery May 14th,
09. I will have a long recovery and will be limited in what I can do for the next two to three months.
I have Poms now that need to be shipped and will be trying to figure how to get it done in the next two weeks.
If you have missed the opportunity to purchase one of my puppies I would like to inform those of you that
Darlene Pruden of Prudens Poms has taken over with some of my nice stud dogs and a few of my excellent broods as
well as future breeding prospects, she will put you on a waiting list for a puppy if you ask. We wish her a
bright and successful future breeding her favorite colors.
There comes a time to all of us when we have to call it quits. Never easy and I've tried
before but this time it's a must.
My first love is the color pattern black
and tan. I have had black and tan since the beginning of my venture breeding Pomeranians in 1977.
I think my black and tans show the effort put into breeding the best
of that color over those years.
My poms are mainly Millamor and Jan-Shar lines.
I'm happy with what I am producing but continue the quest to breed my vision of the perfect Pom, one that meets the breed standard, with pleasing
temperaments, sound and free-whelping. Producing all this in a typy pom package complete with abundant coat and good
movement can be challenging as Mother Nature likes to throw in obstacles here and there.
I don't personally show
at this time beyond a show or two for training, preferring to have friends and handlers show them for me. The
rigors of showing are best left to the younger set.

Pictured Can. Ch. Star Haven Ohso Tan N Dark owned
by Christine Hansen. Was being shown in Canada. February 3rd, 2008, he was finished and is now a Canadian
Championship.
